The Cobra Effect, Law Books, and Traffic Regulations: God's Law versus Man's Law

There are undoubtedly some very bad laws that have been passed in human history by people with very bad intentions. Laws that legalized slavery, abortion, and euthanasia come to mind.
Even with the best intentions made by the best people, man’s law can still have negative unintended
consequences. Let me tell you about the Cobra Effect. In 19th century India, there was concern about the number of snake attacks from deadly cobras.
